Refund Policy
If you wish to return your order, you must notify us within 3 days of receiving your rug.
Customers are responsible for the cost of the return shipping label. The rug must be returned in its original condition and packaging.
Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will process your refund to your original payment method.
