We always maintain a stock of over 40000 square metres. Keeping our customers happy is the main priority and we do everything we can to source only the highest quality, most affordable rugs, door mats, bath mats and more for you. We are always happy to take into consideration your ideas and thoughts about a particular rug that you wish us to order for you.
We have a price watch monitoring of the market so you can be rest assured that your purchases are fair and competitive.
● ARE THE COLOURS ACCURATE?
While we go to great lengths to accurately reproduce the appearance of each rug we stock, we are unable to accept responsibility for any colour misrepresentations. Different display settings on computer monitors can have an effect on the appearance of colours in our products.
● IS THE ITEM I WANT IN STOCK?
We always maintain a stock of over 40000 square metres. Keeping our customers happy is the main priority and we do everything we can to source only the highest quality, most affordable rugs.
● WHERE ARE YOUR RUGS MADE AND WHERE DO THEY COME FROM?
We import our products directly from Turkey, Belgium, India and China.
● WHAT IF I DON’T LIKE MY RUG, OR THE COLOUR SIMPLY DOESN’T WORK?
We are confident that our range of rugs will provide you with enough choice to source the perfect product for your space. With this in mind we offer a 3 day returns policy during which you can exchange your rug for another design if your initial choice doesn’t quite work, or return it to receive a refund instead.
● HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?
Delivery times will vary depending on which brand’s products are purchased. Please look at the Delivery tab of your chosen product’s page for its estimated delivery time. We will always aim to deliver within that time period, however sometimes orders may arrive earlier or later than indicated.
● WHERE IS MY ORDER?
If the estimated delivery time from when your order was placed has elapsed, please get in touch via chat or by emailing email@example.com and a member of our customer service team will investigate and get back to you as soon as they can.
● CAN I EXCHANGE MY ORDER FOR SOMETHING ELSE?
Yes, we offer free exchanges. As long as the product value is over £100 and you are based in mainland UK, you may return the item to us in its original condition, and we'll send you a replacement of your choice. The replacement item's value must be of equal or greater value than the original.
